CEO, Pete Chenery has been active in the statewide Commercial Real
Estate market for 25 years. His specialties include, but are not
limited to, Property Management, Buyer/Tenant Representation, and
Site Selections/Acquisitions. Pete
also served as the Chairman of the Realtors Commercial Alliance
of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS for three years
and is currently the immediate past Chair heading up the Education
Committee for the Realtors Commercial Alliance, as well as representing
the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors as a Director
on the state association.
