CEO, Pete Chenery has been active in the statewide Commercial Real Estate market for 25 years. His specialties include, but are not limited to, Property Management, Buyer/Tenant Representation, and Site Selections/Acquisitions. Pete also served as the Chairman of the Realtors Commercial Alliance of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS for three years and is currently the immediate past Chair heading up the Education Committee for the Realtors Commercial Alliance, as well as representing the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors as a Director on the state association.

Peter founded Mediating Solutions, LLC in 2005, to assist disputants and their attorneys by providing alternative mediation options for real estate and contract disputes. In addition, Peter is a Certified Dispute Resolution Mediator and mediates civil lawsuits in the North Carolina Superior Courts for the NCDRC and Clerk of Court Guardianship and Estate matters.
